My friends daughter started her first teaching job this year!
-She turns 22 this month and I wanted to make her a small scrapbook to save memories of her first pre-K class...anyway this is what I came up with...these are a few off the 16 6x6 layouts I made to highlight important events through the year such as Class photo,fall,patriot day,christmas,new year, valentines day,easter, end of school year!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
Wanted to wish all my followers a very Happy Thanksgiving!!! Enjoy your Family and friends and think of all the blessing from this past year and to come...on a scraper note, I received my snapfish order of photos and am placing them in some of my layouts tonight....finished my Wonderworks layout yesterday from this summers vacation in Myrtle Beach!!!! Loved the Boardwalk...a shopping area near the beach where we enjoyed a meal at Margaritaville and tried my first Zipline! You ever get to South Caroline stop there for a day!!
Happy Turkey Day and get excited for Black Friday Shopping...I will be heading to Washington DC that day with family for the weekend..hope to visit Mount Vernon while I am there and the Martin Luther King Memorial!

Setting up for Club
The little treat basket (behind my Christmas countdown) is our Christmas raffle prize...some lucky winner will be going home with this simple paper fold bowl ( something anyone can do if you can score cut and fold) and inside is an 2x2 acrylix block,silver glitter glue,a roll of double stick tape,a round sponge and 6x6 envelopes....I will post the lucky winner tomorrow!!!!

I choose John 3:16 on page 84 for this year's Christmas Card...cardstock is cocoa and I used Elemental background and texture paper to add alittle kick..I go simple because when you are making 50 cards are more...

Reindeer Poop Pems
Reindeer Poop
You could use chocolate covered raisins or nuts for Reindeer Poop
Each section is a separate poem
I woke up with such a scare when I heard Santa call...
"Now dash away, dash away, dash away all!
I ran to the lawn and in the snowy white drifts,
those nasty reindeer had left "little gifts".
I got an old shovel and started to scoop
neat little piles of "reindeer poop".
But to throw them away, seemed such a waste,
So I saved them, thinking ~ you might like a taste!
As I finished my task, which took quite awhile,
Old Santa passed by and he sheepishly smiled.
And I heard him exclaim as he rose in the sky
"Well, they're not potty trained, but at least they can fly!"

For all the souls who hate the noise of Christmas cheer and lights and toys
For Mr. Scrooge, and Mrs. too, here's a little gift for you...
A lump of coal won't be enough to make up for the shine and fluff,
So, here's a scoop of reindeer poop to offset all that Christmas Goop!!!

Christmas is coming and so are the deer
listen closely and you will hear,
And 'long with them comes a special treat,
Reindeer droppings for you to eat!!!!!
